I am trained in a wide variety of theoretical models and intervention techniques to help facilitate your becoming the best version of yourself.
I am passionate about helping people identify the thoughts, emotions and behaviors that keep them from living to their fullest. Together we implement evidence based approaches based on the goals and uniqueness of you. I utilize psychotherapy, mindfulness, sport & performance skills, neurofeedback, expressive arts therapy and equine assisted psychotherapy.
